Monivea players represented Connacht

Mark Cleary for Monivea Two Monivea players represented Connacht in a fantastic win for Connacht 15-13 against Leinster in the last game of the under-18 Club inter provincial series at Donnybrook on 2nd October 2010.

Mark Cleary and Jason Connolly were brilliant ambassadors for Monivea and the work put in by the mini and youth selectors of the club to produce players with the skill and physical ability to succeed at this level.

The game was the last game of six for the team this year and the win was a great climax to the season following the hard work by all the rugby academy held during this summer in Galway Sportsground.

Kindregan1IRISH UNDER 18 CAP

Conor Kindregan won his first cap with the Irish Youths in the FIAR European Championship held in Treviso, Italy last April.

Conor started in all Ireland's games & were unlucky to loose out to France in the Final.

Again the club wish to congratulate Conor on a great achievement & wish him all the best in the coming season.
